Resin Bound Surfaces
Typically around 15–20 mm, but the full system includes a proper sub-base like Vubamac to ensure strength, drainage and longevity.
The base is everything. We use systems like Vubamac for stability, permeability and durability. A bad base means cracks, sinking and headaches later on.
We think so! It’s fully permeable (SUDS compliant), weed-resistant, low maintenance and looks beautifully smooth with no loose stones.
With proper installation and care, 15–20 years or more.
Generally, yes – textured aggregates provide inherent grip, and anti-slip additives (like crushed glass) can be added for extra safety, especially in wet areas

Not if UV-stable resin is used. Cheap resins can yellow over time, but we only use premium UV-resistant systems that keep their colour for years.
Porcelain Paving
Yes. They’re manufactured with textured, anti-slip surfaces – safer than many natural stones even when wet.
No. Porcelain has very low porosity, so it resists stains from food, drink or algae.
No sealing is required. It’s naturally low-maintenance.
Usually just a sweep and an occasional hose or light jet-wash.
Porcelain paving is UV-stable and retains its colour beautifully over time.
Artifical Grass
High-quality grass like Namgrass can last 15–20 years with minimal maintenance.
Yes. Namgrass is non-toxic, UV-stable and designed for soft, safe play.
Grassmac is a game-changing permeable base for artificial lawns. It drains well, resists movement and keeps your lawn looking smooth for years.
It can warm up in direct sun, but Namgrass is designed to stay cooler than many alternatives. A quick hose-down can help on very hot days.
Just occasional brushing and rinsing. It’s very low maintenance compared to real turf.
