Very very good from start to finish. We had a resin patio laid, and after Russell carried out the survey and quote, their team led by Adam arrived on the Monday and worked incredibly hard for two days to deliver a great final finish. They went above and beyond to suggest improvements to the garden design, and were attentive and keen to please. Excellent stuff, highly recommended team. Thank you.

Of all the companies I contacted for a quote for a resin bound driveway I found Cherry Resin to be the most professional and helpful. From the initial phone call when I spoke to Jim, then a site visit/assessment by Russell a few days later, I was very impressed with the knowledge and advice given without any of the hard sell, ‘limited time special offer’ rubbish I was getting from others. On the day of install the team led by Adam worked very well together to get everything done and deserve credit for their hard work in achieving an excellent result and clearing up after they finished. I would have no hesitation recommending or using Cherry Resin again because in short, they were brilliant.

Russ and Alan have been fantastic from start to finish! I enquired about a media wall before in October and didn’t complete on my new property until January but Russ checked in now and then and kept in contact the whole time! Communication throughout was second to none. The team that laid the driveway were masters of their art. They started work at 9am and didnt stop until they were finished at the end of the day. This was a resin bound gravel resurfacing of an old, untidy and redundant area of concrete. Russel, the Company representative, explained other options and described how the chosen solution would be delivered. There seems to be a number of less reputable organisations offering the same product; two previous such visits didn’t ever bother sending a written quote. I Cherry Home Improvements not only for the competitive quote; more so for the quality of advice and credibility presented by the company representative on his visit. Rapport and believability are important. The operatives were efficient and thorough. The task was completed in less time than forecast. The company accordingly offered a reduction to the original price quoted. Very happy with the outcome.

Great communications from start to finish. From the salesman/survey turning up when they said they would, (other companies didn’t) and being given an estimate on the spot to see if it was worth going ahead with a full quote. Quote arriving within a short space of time, samples arriving next day, date booked in and, actually they came a week early (we were told) as there was a weather window that could be taken advantage of.
Materials and digger arrived on the Monday, the crew on Tuesday, by Thursday evening a ‘bomb site’ had been transferred into 70sq/m parking area. Throughout the guys on site were polite, hard working and checked in with us that what they were doing was as what we were thinking.
All left over materials, rubbish and hire equipment were removed by the Thursday evening and site left clean and tidy.
A call from the office on the Friday to check we were happy. Over all a simple, straight forward experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.
