After we give you the initial FREE estimate, we will visit your home and do a full evaluation of what the roof repair entails and how it will be done. We will give you our proposal including pricing, plans & timelines.
Once you're confirmed you want to go ahead, we'll send out the contract with the proposed start date for your roof repair.
We'll aim to start your new roof repair project when we've said we will. If there's any change we'll advise at least 7 days in advance.
On completion we'll provide a full debrief of the project. You'll get to check against the agreed proposal and we only leave the job when you're completely satisfied.
