Risk Assessment
Before any work is carried out, we’ll thoroughly risk-assess your property. This allows us to create a bespoke plan of action before undertaking the roof cleaning process on your home. At this point we'll also repair or replace any obviously cracked or missing tiles.

Roof Cleaning
Before beginning your property is protected from water damage using sheeting to cover any problem areas. Then specialised high-pressure equipment is used to thoroughly clean the roof of moss, lichen, and dirt. We also clean guttering & downspouts to ensure a complete clean.

Reparations
After the deep cleaning part of the process is complete, we inspect your roof for any underlying issues. This is the most important step in the process as it allows us to undertake a complete roof renovation if needed, including lead work, tile replacement and repair, and re-pointing.

Anti-Fungicidal Wash
Following the prior stages and your roof is dry, a special anti-fungicidal wash is applied. This foam eliminates micro-organisms such as algae, moss, and lichen and prevents them returning. This treatment will not discolour your tiles in any way and is essential step in preparing your roof for its waterproof coating. It takes 24 hours for the treatment to work before we move to final stage of the process.

Application of Waterproof Roof Coating
Finally, your roof will be given two coats of our specialised super-hydrophobic waterproof roof coating. This will protect your roof tiles while still allowing the tiles and roofing materials to "breathe".
This ensures the best possible outcome and a roof that looks and feels like brand new. Upon completion we dispose of all waste and leave the area spotless.

After we give you the initial FREE estimate, we will visit your home and do a full evaluation of what the roof cleaning entails and how it will be done. We will give you our proposal including pricing, plans & timelines.
Once you're confirmed you want to go ahead, we'll send out the contract with the proposed start date for your roof cleaning.
We'll aim to start your new roof cleaning project when we've said we will. If there's any change we'll advise at least 7 days in advance.
On completion we'll provide a full debrief of the project. You'll get to check against the agreed proposal and we only leave the job when you're completely satisfied.
